knotted braids

I liked how bug's hair turned out yesterday for church. I french-braided her hair towards the back like I was doing pigtails. Then I took the two braids and tied them in a knot and pinned the ends under the knot. Her hair is still wispy thin so it's hard to hide the ends but I kind of think the messier the better when it comes to braids.

I've been getting that itch to do something different with my hair.  I done this enough times now to know just to ignore it. My hair is at that medium length right now, cutting it would just be bad news at this point.

Here is my motivation to keep me sticking with growing my hair out.
