We took these zannie kids of ours to Antelope Island this week. What a beautiful place. The day had it's ups and downs but all in all it was a good day. It's hard being three, having sensory issues and walking in sand, let me tell you. But after the hard times were over we brushed off the past hour of tears and moved on. We found this look out spot and all the tantrums were over and we had smiles from then on. We spotted some buffalo and checked out the ranch there that had activities for the kids to celebrate Pioneer Day. The kids got to make dipping candles and a pioneer ring. We've been doing better at exploring where we live and have found some great places lately.
My little brother and his cute wife came with us. He's pretty good with a camera and took this picture with my camera. I sort of love it.
The little cousins love each other so much. It's the cutest thing to see them together. They kissed each other right after this. Two is the only age where you can be kissing cousins, right?
A rare picture of us together. Things like this just don't happen these days.
My little adventurer. She was all about playing in that water. It's crazy how far the water goes without getting deep. Just perfect for her. She was the only one that was in favor of playing in the water that day.
